Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote/Part Time)

Job Duties

  • Understand vendor payment schedules and issue payments accordingly
  • Review invoice accuracy prior to issuing payments
  • Ensure deposits are refunded appropriately following move-outs/inspections
  • Track any credits owed to the company relative to the payment agreement
  • Monthly reporting and tracking
  • Additional accounting projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Accounts Payable experience required; Real Estate experience preferred
  • Excellent MS Excel Skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of detail
